We have clients from number of different client from sectors likes, health sector, insurance, travel, not for profit, heavy equipments, legal, private and public organisation. We are happy to give you reference if you wants to talk to them before working with us.
We offer various services such as IT supports, IT consulting and IT project Resourcing, we charge daily basis for these services depends on project work. We are known to work within client budget and goes way and beyond to help you to ensure technology work is done correctly.
We have set SLA (Service Level Agreement) with our client and never had incident so far that we have gone beyond our SLA limits.
We charge $135 ph for Ad-hoc IT support and on site travel cost $65 outside of 20Km redius from the Brisbane CBD.
Our IT support process is simple, we visit your site and understand current set up and record all details and document it.
We normally get ideas from our client about thier budget, our technician look for solution that fit for business and its sit within their IT budget.
